SharePoint search result

I can't see the "Poeple" section when I search something on SharePoint. I can see "Files"; Sites"; News; Images". 

Before, we were able to search for skills directly on the SharePoint search and see who has this set of skills if they added it in their Delve profile 

In the MS configuration,  is ok - all verticals should be displayed including People. 

Can you help me?
