SharePoint search query based on managed properties

Hi all,

I have a SharePoint list within SharePoint Online with thousands of rows. When searching for 'John' for example, I receive the 'John' items from the Emergency Contact field as the highest listing within my search.

I would like to rank the Full Name column as the highest priority (first ranking) instead of Emergency Contact.

I have attempted to change the managed property for 'ows_FullName' to Context 1, though as this hasn't made any change, I don't believe I am in the right area to succeed with this change.

I believe I can rank this 'managed property' higher in the search list by changing the 'Query rules' in SharePoint for the certain site.

When looking in the 'Query rules' I cannot see how I can tell SharePoint to rank my 'managed property' higher than any other field on this site.

If anyone can shed some light on this, that would be much appreciated.

Cheers
