SharePoint Search does not work
Hi all,
our SharePoint Online Search does not work anymore since minimum 1 hour. If we type a word into the search, it shows only a few results. For example, site collections, site pages and documents are completely missing. Does anyone have similar problems?

- ManuelsonCopper ContributorYes, Microsoft has looked at the problem and also rolled out a fix. Unfortunately, this fix did not work for us, so they still had to support us individually. If the Modern Search still does not work for you in SharePoint Online, then I would advise you to raise a ticket.

For those who have the same problem. Microsoft is aware of it and there are some customers who have the same problem with the SharePoint Search.
Microsoft is now trying to investigate the issue and fix it in a timely manner. - janthueCopper Contributorsame problem here, getting more and more reports of this from one customer. cant reproduce it on my end though. will open a ticket in two hours, if nothing official is said until then.

there is no global issue adressed by Microsoft about the issue with SharePoint Online search that you are having.

Manuelson I have seen few customers are facing SharePoint search related issues on their tenants. I have also seen some twitter posts of users facing issues with SharePoint search.
Seems like the issue at Microsoft end. You can raise service ticket with Microsoft directly and raise this issue from your end. Follow: Get support for M365 - online support
