SharePoint Question Where to install the Workflow Manager Client from

I have a customer who is trying to download and install the Workflow Manager Client, and found this article:

But there is a broken link in the article.  When you when you get to

 

Download and install the Workflow Manager Client here “https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?LinkID=268376”

and click the link, it shows an error: We're sorry, this download is no longer available.

 

Do you know what is the correct link or where this can be obtained from or who I should ask?
