Sharepoint Properties panel in Word O365 behavior

Hi,

I'm trying to create document library with metadata and ability to enter data in Word O365.

In library settings enabled  "Open in the client application"

If in library properties enabled "new experience", New document always opens Word app, but SharePoint properties panel does not opens. SharePoint properties button activate only file Info panel

If in library properties enabled "classic experience", New document always opens in browser, and if I press open in Word, SharePoint properties panel opens right away. 

Existing documents opens correctly 

Is it possible to configure SharePoint to do in that way:

I press New document - SharePoint starts Word application with SharePoint properties panel
