Sharepoint project management master project list
I am an end-user on O365 government cloud. What I would like to do is use sharepoint as a project management tool where all of my subsites are projects and I have a roll-up of all of those subsites (projects) on the main page. I figured out how to roll-up the subsite list (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/use-the-highlighted-content-web-part-e34199b0-ff1a-47fb-8f4d-dbcaed329efd?ns=spostandard&version=16&syslcid=1033&uilcid=1033&appver=spo160&helpid=wssenduser_commsitenewsemptystatetile_highlightedcontent_fl855981&ui=en-us&rs=en-us&ad=us#bkmk_filtersort) but what I can't figure out how to do is include some metadata on those sites (aka custom fields/columns) so that I can filter that information in different ways. For example, what I would love the rolled-up list of subsites to look like is the below. Thoughts? Thanks, Greg.
Project name | Status (in progress, completed, etc.) | Planning Year | Completed Year | Assigned to |
