Sharepoint profanity AskAndShare

II would like to turn off profanity from Askandshare in Sharepoint. Unfortunetly, it takes hours for posts to be checked. How to do it? Please replay in easy words, step by step what to click. I am fresh in Sharepoint:). Ps. I am not sure if it is Sharepoint online or server. Thank you.
