Sharepoint premision level

Hi!

How can I hide the sharepoint site from users, but at the same time leave the rights to add, modify and read data from lists and libraries. I need this to work with powerapps. I made sharepoint lists as an analogue to tables in MS SQl, so I need only administrators to enter the site.

Thank you!

    Hi Maxat610 ,

You would need to uniquely permission the document libraries and lists. Go to advanced permissions and add in the users/groups to the lists/libraries. You would need to do this manually/script it for every list/library.

Assuming the users didn't have access to the site in the first place that is all you would need to do.

Things to watch out for - if the users need to export the data to excel and refresh the data they need access to the site and not just the list.
