Hi Paula - I didn't find information on a Microsoft SharePoint Power User certification. I did find information on Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certifications here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/mos-certification.aspx. Getting one of these involves more than SharePoint, but depending on your intention you may find that passing the Microsoft SharePoint 2013 MOS exam will meet your needs.
