Sharepoint Policies and procedures - Is this possible?
Hi all,
I've been given the task of moving the policies and procedures from our current server onto O365. These are the requirements.
We have the policies stored in a sharepoint site -> Reminders need to be sent via email to remind people to read them at a certain date.
-> Report produced to show that they've read the policies
-> A request to read date is captured in a report also
This would be great to be automated. After having a look I may be able to produce some sort of flow to do this BUT it is probably too advanced for me. I am able to outsource.
Before I start down this journey, is this possible? Has anyone implemented something similar?
If not, we have just started using Dynamics 365 and basically I have a lot of freedom to implement what ever is best and suits the business needs.
ANY help appreciated :)

- How did you "implement" this OnPremises? IMHO you could also implement this in SPO using Flow + required lists, but it really depends on the complexity you can have OnPrem
