SharePoint page load Performance in Office 365

Question

One of my pages is very slow to load. The page remains completely blank for 6-9 second and then the page loads as expected.

Looking at my Network tab ( see below) I can see that it takes 6.38s Sending...

What does this mean?

When I create a new page with just some web parts the page loads ok.

Is there any way I can figure out what is taking 6.38 seconds?

Hi Pieter,&nbsp;At clients where this issue was popping up i always started by looking at the navigation of the sites. this can take more and more time if it is wrong configured

It is a simple structured navigation with some added links. Nothing much complicated.
