SharePoint Online

Our company stores alot of movies and such on our Sharepoint site. We have 5 sites total. And we are now getting a message that we are 0.33 GB free of 25600.00 GB. However on our Sharepoint admin site it says we have 12.46 TB available of 46.37 TB. Can someone help me understand why its still saying we are out of space?

    You might be reaching the particular site collection quota.
