SharePoint Online Word Document Bug??

Hi everyone,

I've recently encountered, what I'll assume is a bug, with regards to a document I had stored in SharePoint.

So I saved the word document, made some changes, saved then when I come back later, everything I had done was gone and it had changed into some recipe. I then checked the version history and nobody else had touched the document. When I checked again later it had changed back into my changes again (had to refresh the page a lot)

So with that being said, has anybody else gotten something like this?
