SharePoint Online User Profile Bulk Import API - Running script unattended

Does anyone know who to run SharePoint Online bulk import script unattended when legacy auth is disabled and MFA is enabled. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/dev/solution-guidance/bulk-user-profile-update-api-for-sharepoint-online.

I also noticed there is a different command available New-PnPUPABulkImportJob. However, there doesn't seem to be any documentation about it.
