SharePoint Online-Unable to open attachment for one user alone
Hi all ,
We have a SharePoint list with many items including attachments as a field .The user has "Edit" Permission to the list but unable to open all the attachments. But the user is able to open the attachments in other list from the same SharePoint site .
Scenarios tested:
1) Saved this list as template and created new list in the same site - User is able to open from the new list
2)Tried all formats - jpeg, jpg,png,xslx etc - User is able to open from new list
3)Tried creating a new view in the issue list , but user is not able to open it
4)Tried providing Full control and tested .But no luck again .
5)Tried in different computers and the issue persist
6)The issue is only for this user in that site .Other has no issues .

Error : "This file could not be downloaded". Kindly assist .
