Jan 19, 2018Yes I know that, that's how I found out that it looks like ALL of our sites are currently on that Authoritative Web Pages list. I'm just wondering how all those sites were added to the list, because I know that no one added them. Which means it must be happening automatically somehow, when a new site is created.
- Jan 19, 2018Correct, SPO search engine add automatically every new site created to the most authoritative pages section and this is something you cannot modify

According to the link you shared, O365 Admins can manage Authoritative Web Pages:
"In the Authoritative Web Pages section, in the Most authoritative pages box, type the URLs of pages that are the most important. Separate the URLs with returns so that there is one URL per line."The situation is that I need to find a way to make sure that when a user searches for the word "technology," the correct sites appear at the top of the list.
