Just a question: is there any difference between creating first a modern team site, starting from the SharePoint landing page (i.e. the "+"), and consequently a Group and all its machinery (Outlook conversation, notebook etc), and creating first a Group (i.e. from OWA) and consequently a modern team site ?
I mean: are the two approaches PERFECTLY equivalent?

Salvatore Biscari - nope, they are the same. The UI is a bit different based on context and different product teams, but the net result is the same O365 assets get created - just two different entry points. We're working to make these experiences more aligned - where it makes sense - in the future. Thanks!
