Sharepoint Online Modern Page Web Part Security
Is there a way to edit security on the Modern Page web parts? like want to give edit access to News web part to a user group?
- Not per web part. However you can per page. So if you go to the actual page that includes the web parts you can change the permissions to that page to control who can edit the page and web parts on it.
For actual news articles you can do the same thing but with permissions to the pages library, or link the news webpart to another site where you allow special permissions.
