SharePoint Online library video format

Hi,   Need a little help on the video formats that SharePoint Online library supports.   I found an article on formats that Office 365 video supports but from my understanding Office 365 video is...

Yes they should be, however you must be aware that SPO is intended to store videos and not to provide the ability to reproduce them as you can do in Office 365 Video or Microsoft Stream
