Do you have modern UI features in those sites? or are all the sites "classic" sites?

Classic, some libraries auto updated to modern & thought that might be an issue but converted them back to classic & still same issue.
Its very strange & I always worry when googling & dont see other people talking about the issue(s) which usually means its local :(
