SharePoint Online Event Attachment Download All

I am able to add an Attachment to an Event list in SharePoint Online.  There is an 'Attachment Download All' option.  When I select the 'Download All' option I get this error when I try to download the attachment "We can't open this file Something went wrong Refresh" (See attachments) I can click on the actual file attachment and it opens.  Need some assistance on this error.
