SharePoint Online document library's Enterprise keywords are not showing correctly

For example when importing files with tags attached to them, none of the tags show up in Enterprise keyword column. Or when copying files from other document libraries with the Copy to -command, the enterprise keyword column shows keywords once in a while but when you copy or upload more documents the keywords can mystically disappear from the view. In Document properties pane (or in the document properties view in the Classic document library view), the keywords might show up or might not, depending on the document. But all the document tags are showing up correctly when opening the document library in Explorer. I keep also getting this React error when uploading files to document library but I am not sure if this has something to do with the keywords not showing correctly.
