SharePoint Online Direct Access
As some of you noticed, the manage access has changed, adding an extra layer of nothing to accomplish something that was done in seconds
Give direct access to users was a matter of adding the email in the right pane and that was it...
Now you have to go to advanced settings, add people, have to put almost all the email because will search everyone on the organization instead of the most used contacts...jizzz
Why MS gives the fully flared share link when they don't give an expirationdate on it? who rather share links than give direct acces within a team?
Just a small rant after all this changes in all of the services that MS is doing

Telmo_Palma Also note that that new interface cannot add security groups any more... Now have to go advanced -->back to the classic manage access, remove the inherited permissions, add permission, expand the dialog to make it read only , add the group, wait and hope for the best...(In the beginning didn't propagate at all this way now seems to be 50/50) And that is the advise I received from MS support
