sharepoint online cannot retrieve shared mailbox in person or group column
Hi all! I found a problem recently that I cannot retrieve shared mailbox in person or group column. But the shared mailbox can be searched in sharepoint admin center. My sharedm...
Where are you adding this Shared Mailbox: in a modern SPO site? If so, that might be the problem...anyway, I don't see the logic of adding a Shared Mailbox to SPO since you cannot sign in into Office 365 with a Shared Mailbox
