SharePoint Online cannot find newly create synced AD group

Hi, 

Ok, so here is my situation. I have a dedicated server which sync users to my O365 Tentant. This part works fine. The newly created AD Security groups gets perfectly synchronized to Azure AD. But here is the problem. When I search for this AD group in SharePoint it is not found. I have created the AD Securitygroup like 5 hours ago. 

Is there a sync from Azure AD to a SharePoint database or something? Or does somebody know how this process works and if I could manually trigger it wiht powershell.
