Hi ,How to move Sharepoint calendar events into another sharepoint calendar&nbsp;when it reaches a certain count .&nbsp;ScenarioSharepoint Calendar A reaches 4500 items , first created 50 items should move to another Share point calendar B or delete items.&nbsp;Is there any way using retention policy or any other method like workflows&nbsp; ?&nbsp;Thanks&nbsp;

Raghava Tiruchanur,&nbsp;You could possibly write a PowerAutomate flow that would move items based on the count item or age of the content.&nbsp;Your best bet is probably to create a retention label with a condition that automatically deletes the item and apply that retention label to the calendar list as the default retention:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
