Sharepoint online : Sidebar missing for move to and Copy but now an options pops up ?

Hello ,&nbsp;One of our user,&nbsp; have strange case in document library,while clicking ' MOVE TO ' or 'COPY TO' a windows pops rather than opening a right sidebar .&nbsp;how to make turn off this pops up and open the sidebar here

Why! Why does Microsoft take a useful functionality and destroy it? We only have one user in the whole organization that this applied to. Now they have to navigate through three clicks instead of just clicking on Current Library. I wish Microsoft employees actually worked in real life companies and could experience the way their changes really affect others.&nbsp;Maurits Knoppert&nbsp;

only few users have this experience in our tenant and remaining are unchanged

Maybe you have something with first release for some users? But everyone will have the same experience in a while.
