Sharepoint Online : How to get rid of "View Entries" for Append to existing Text column values

Hi,

We have a column where I have enabled append to existing text settings.

Now the column displays "View Entries" in column values and user have to click to check whether column contains values or not.

Is there a way to get rid of "View Entries" and display some meaningful message which can tell users whether column contains values or not
