SharePoint Online - Sites structure to Visio

Hello Team,

I am in the process of documenting our Sharepoint Environment. I am looking for tool/option which i can use to extract all my site inventories to Viso. So that it can be very useful to present it to upper management.

Any idea how do i proceed?

I'm interested as well, but I need a solution that does not use any powershell commands because we only have Site Collection Administrator access to our site collections in our Office 365 Environments.  We  need to be able to produce current site collection diagrams at least every calendar quarter so that we can see what our site collection looks like and also use the same data to clean up/move sites that would be better placed elsewhere and for future planning and controlled growth of our site collection.  Thanks.

Vinod, this article from Benjamin Niaulin at ShareGate might be useful - you would need to do some PowerShell magic to extract the data from your environment, but the Visio function could make it much easier to look at. http://en.share-gate.com/blog/how-to-build-an-inventory-before-sharepoint-migration Depending on the size of your environment, it might make more sense to do this in chunks at the site collection level - just depends on your needs. HTH!
