1. The tenant admin should login to either (XYZ as sample):
- https://XYZ-admin.sharepoint.com/ and navigate to a classic page in the tenant-admin
- https://XYZ-admin.sharepoint.com/_layouts/15/online/TenantSettings.aspx
- https://XYZ-admin.sharepoint.com/_layouts/15/TermStoreManager.aspx2. Open browser console by F12 or Ctrl+Shift+J (Cmd+Shift+J on Mac) and run a small script to clear corporate catalog.
The following is the Java Script they need to run from console:- var postBody = JSON.stringify({});
var req = new XMLHttpRequest();
var digest = document.forms[MSOWebPartPageFormName]["__REQUESTDIGEST"].value
var serviceUrl = "https://XYZ-admin.sharepoint.com/_api/SP_TenantSettings_Current/ClearCorporateCatalog";
req.open("POST", serviceUrl, false);
req.setRequestHeader("Content-Type", "application/json");
req.setRequestHeader("x-requestdigest", digest);
req.send(postBody);
- var postBody = JSON.stringify({});

David_Low We have the same problem today. For us it's only an issue in Chrome (so far) - FF and IE11 are okay. Chrome version isn't current - v66 - but that's managed by IT here and it's Msft's responsibility to ensure reasonable browser compatibility and test against recent versions. Nothing in SHD so far.

PC versions of the browsers are ok for me, Mobile (IOS) versions of the browsers will not list Site Contents

Nati,
Did you ever get this fixed? If so, what was the solution? I've been having the same issue with one of my accounts for the past week, or two, and have got no where yet.

I am getting this same behavior today - on my two machines in all browsers - but if I use an Incognito window and log in as another user, I can see site contents.
Fiddler shows lots of 404 errors accessing various urls on spoprod-a.akamaihd.net
- Kimberly RoetmanIron ContributorI'm also seeing this (I'm a Targeted Release user) across browsers and across machines. Only my user though... so far.

I am having the same issue on various pages. I haven't been looking at code/F12 but am using IE 11 and find that pages often render blank. Sometimes a refresh addresses, other times close/reopen. I am mostly concerned with the general users experience (I am helping them launch in O365) and can't really ask them to do things like clear cache and change browser config and such when they have issues - it just needs to work for them. Wondering if others are having same issue and if changing SP settings for list and library experience to Classic helped.

Last time I had an issue like this, someone suggested it could be an ad-blocker. I was using the uBlock Origin Chrome extension, which only affected Site Contents (the whole page would render white). Assuming your customers are using Chrome, you might check what extensions they're using.

How did you also try to login in other browser clear cache etc?
Seems to me it is a hickup
