SharePoint Online - Lists and Libraries (Modern Experience)
The Cenrtal Admin panel always had the 'New Experience (Auto Detect)' and the configuration at 'List and Library' level (In Advanced Settings) we had earlier set to 'Classic experience' explictly, but today without any manual admin action is changed to "Default experience set by my administrator".
We can switch back to 'Classic' (though there are hundred of Lists and Libs) but I am trying to find out the reason why the setting got changed on it's own.

Thanks Juan. I will do that.
Hoping to get some insight from Microsoft if they could check our tenant.

I always wonder, how hard could it be, why there are issues in every other piece. Sounds odd, customers are paying to be "current" and that turns out to be a loosing proposition by keeping everyone in organization in catch-up mode all the time with the never ending saga of Microsoft using any random tenant as their test beds.
Since yesterday I am working only on this unwanted change, against all odds I was hoping users may like the "modern" experience, but not even a single user liked it and it's certainly not just a matter of getting used to.
I always think to myself, never this for my kids..

We updated the settings at collection level to say 'Classic Experience' but we continue to see 'Modern Experience' in our tenant even for the Lists and Libs which are set as 'Default experience set by my administrator'.
Does it take time for collection level configuration setting to trickle down?
