SharePoint Online - Limitations with Office 365 Business Premium
Limitations in SharePoint Online in the plan Office365 Business Premium
I am working with a Office 365 Business Premium solution, and are trying to determin what limitation there are in SharePoint Online application regarding
- Number of site collections
- Possibility to activate the SharePoint Publishing Infrastructure
I am not able to create another site collection, no error message. Have the option to create, but nothing happens.
Same with the feature SharePoint Publishing Infrastructure.
According to specification I found it´s possible to create 500 000 site collections, and nothing indicates that SharePoint Publishing Infrastructure would not be availible.

- You are correct in the SPO limits for Office 365 Business Premium plans so I guess you have a problem in your tenant if you are not able to create site collections and you have not reached any of the SPO limits
