SharePoint Online - Issues in "Surveys"

We have been using the SharePoint Online "Surveys" for quite some time. Since last week on 8/3/2017 (after about 2-3 months since we last used this survey) , when a user tried to update the 'already existing' suvey and clicks on a radio button (e.g. the second radio button against the 'Financials' category in below screen), then the the radio button disappears and the system clocks for about 10 secs and and page refreshes itself without saving the radio button last clicked.

Has anyone else experienced this. This is there irrespective of browser (Chrome or IE-11) or even running IE without the extensions doesn't solve this issue.

  • As it turns out we need to click 'Edit Response' to be able to save the surveys. It sounds more like a User Interface improvement if Microsoft would like to take on. There could be simple warning message if user tries to change suvey selection without being in edit mode, instead of allowing the selection and refreshing the page.

  • Not aware of an underlying change that could have broken suvery lists...but since Microsoft is doin many changes in SPO, it could happen they have introduced this problem...adding Chris McNulty

I was hoping this issue will solve itself with Microsoft releases over period, but issue still exists. Exists in all browsers (tried in IE and Chrome). User are trying to update their existing surveys, I haven't tried creating new survey. Basically we collects orgnazition skills by having everyone update the same survey every year.
