SharePoint Online - external sharing
I shared a SPO site with an external user. They received the link and when they tried to login, they received an error message saying "We've sorry but username@company.com can't be found in the abc.S...
We had a similar issue where we shared a site to their email address, which was not the same as their Office 365 login. Perhaps they use a different format for their O365 login from their email address?
