SharePoint Online - Enable Insert Link from SharePoint/Upload File options in Modern Experience

Hello Folks,

While adding a content in a Multiline field, the following features - Insert Link from SharePoint/Upload File - are not visible (see capture 1), unless we return to the classic experience.

anyone know how to activate them if any?

In the modern experience of SharePoint Online, the "Insert Link from SharePoint" and "Upload File" options are not available in the default configuration for Multiline text fields.
