Sharepoint Online - Edit documents

Hi,   We have a customer which uses Sharepoint Online for documents and in one documentlibrary they are using check in-functionality.   We have an issue with one user where she can´t edit the doc...

what version of office does she have on her computer?

Hi,

 

She has Version 1810(11001.20074 click and run) and Business-version.

 

Could it be an issue with a certain version of office?

    It could be, functionality varies between the editions and they are constantly fixing/breaking things.
