SharePoint Online - Best Practices before Creating a new SharePoint Site

It really depends on the industry and the work practices of the organization. For many industries, implementing site request process to gather information such as site classification and purpose are recommended, but this is not necessary for many small companies.

- Yea, someone decided that they needed to delete all of the content from previous Ignite conferences. The good news is that Martina has a bunch of similar stuff on her web site, Just use Bing and you should be able to easily find it.
