Sharepoint on premise list to sharepoint online

I have been tasked with migrating a list from an Sharepoint 2013 environment to Sharepoint Online using Sharepoint migration tool.

When connecting it shows an error. Is there any suggestion why this happen and how to overcome this isuue?
