Sharepoint on-prem Sub-site global navigation

Question

One of my subsites (Quality) appears twice on the global navigation menu. As sys admin, If I click on Edit and try and remove the link, it completely ignores me. Please see screenshot below taken from the Edit mode.

Has anyone seen this before or know how to remedy it?

Hi robpearce&nbsp;,&nbsp;Try to edit in incognito mode. Sometimes problem comes with the browser.

Thanks for your suggestion.&nbsp; I tried Edge, IE, Chrome and Incognito Chrome but got the same result every time.&nbsp;shobhitbhalla&nbsp;&nbsp;
