SharePoint on line permission group

Hi Support, 

In my team, we set up several outlook groups based on different department, but some groups always were ignored when I tried to add the SP site permission with the group. ( It shows “Bypass Moderation From Senders Or Member”) . The site permission can be granted normally if there is no above information with group. I'd like to know whether it is related to the group security setting in outlook? 

How to make sure every outlook group can be used to grant permission?
