SharePoint O365 Suite bar loading issue

Hello,

Recent days I see in SharePoint online, icons in top suite bar like setting, Help are loading as delayed content like lazy loading, is that the issue or the feature made, is there any documentation around it, since my customer is saying performance issue in SharePoint.

Any help appreciated.
