sharepoint new site created notification
As there are now multiple methods of creating SharePoint sites:
what's the best way to get an overview of what sites are on the tenancy? (existing Reports/PowerBI/Powershell?)
...and..
what options are there for receiving a notification when a new site is created? (Site Designs/Flow?)

- My two cents here:
(1) Best way to get an overview of the sies in the tennacy is to make use of the export action you have in the modern SPO Admin Center
(2) Best way to get a notification when a new site is created is by means of an Azure Function...this is something you cannot do directly with Flow
