SharePoint Modern Website Header Missing In external Website Iframe or object embedded inside.

We're trying to add website in custom mobile App and The SharePoint Site Header not retendering. Even tried on simple HTML code but same issue happing there.

Is there anyone facing same issue?

How to short out this issue? any suggestion will helpful for us.
