SharePoint Modern List

When we create a new generic list in SharePoint Online, the modern UI brings up the list form on the right of the page.  On the form we see on the top left the title "New Item".   Is it possible in modifying that text to something else? I would assume this is not possible out of the box, perhaps PowerApps?   Thanks!
