SharePoint Migration tool stucked - No free Space

We are doing POC migration for approx 30 GB content for migration from file server to SharePoint. We got following error "No free space. This site is out of storage space and changes can't be saved. To free up space, delete files you don't need and empty the recycle bin."
So we increased the site collection quota from 25 GB to 50 GB. We re-started migration using CSV for 3 different folders (approx 600 items) which was not migrated earlier. We wait almost for 3 hours, but Tool is stucked and no items has been migrated. I can see folder structure is created but no item has been migrated.
Is Microsoft blocking somewhere after getting error as mentioned earlier?

- Why not re-start the migration on a different site with a proper quota?
I already re-started with different site with larger quota, it seems to be working.
My question is still open, why I am facing issue with original site, how to resolve this? Hope this is not a bug?

I am also getting one common error "Invalid Source Folder 'Z:\Backup'. Reason: 'Failed to map the source users due to an AAD failure'. (ErrorCode 0x02010012)
Any idea cause behind this error?
