Sharepoint Migration Tool Error 0x01710004

I'm using https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepointmigration/introducing-the-sharepoint-migration-tool to migrate, by now for 1 document library that contains only 2 documents. The recycle bin in the source is completely empty, the strange thing is that the analysis terminate correctly, so the tool can find the documents during that step.
