SharePoint MIgration Tool - Permission MIgration

We are in process and initial stage of File Share Migration to SharePoint online using SharePoint Migration Tool.
We have three groups in SharePoint Online i.e. Site Owners (Full Permission), Site Members(Contribute Permission), Site Visitors (View/Read Only Permission).
In Share Folder of File Server we also have permission like Full Control, Write, Read, Execute permission to different level of users.
If we migrate contents from Shared Folder to SPO, will permission should migrate in following manners
Full Control -> Site Owners Group
Write - Site Member group
Read - Site Visitor Group

I am a site owner to a site. I want move 90 GB size of data including folders using SharePoint Migration tool.
Question :
What kind of role and permission need SharePoint migration utility.
- Can "Site Owner" migrate data from file share to sharepoint online using SharePoint migration utility?
- Or SharePoint Administrator can migrate data ?
- To update metadata using CSOM , what kind of role is needed.

Depending on your tool and settings. But Normally you build your site set the permissions for your site and migrate. So it is not like what expect that it is on a folder level or item level. It is on the whole library or site depending on your settings.
