Sharepoint Metadata

Hello there,

My organisation has been moving towards automation and we have manually tagged each folder to a default metadata which was time  consuming.

Is there a way to get an excel or CSV file to understand each folders default tag, in order to rectify if there exist any wrongly tagged folder?
