SharePoint Member group to be owner of SharePoint Contribute group

- So you can create an actual SharePoint group on the site, that you can specify the owner of and assign the 365 group members as the owner of that SharePoint group. Then they can add and remove the users from it. Now you can't have one group across all SharePoint cause it would affect all sites, but if you are creating these per site, then you can assign that SharePoint group on that site owner to a 365 group and they can manage it there.
