SharePoint loading blank page; Modern SharePoint sites not loading with error

Same problem here. Loading a white page. There seem to be a Javascript error on page load (caught with dev tools on Chrome):

Sometimes, clearing the browsing history (cached images and files and Cookies) solves the problem temporarily, but it still comes back...
